2. MUTUAL FUND INVESTMENT DISCLAIMER

• Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks.

3. ROLE OF DISTRIBUTOR

Khazana Associates acts as a facilitator between investors and Asset Management Companies (AMCs). Our role includes:

• Assisting investors in completing KYC documentation.

• Presenting suitable mutual fund scheme options based on the investor's stated profile and risk category.

• Processing investment transactions on behalf of investors.

• Providing ongoing service and support to investors.

We receive trail commission from AMCs for distribution of Regular Plan mutual fund schemes. This commission is paid by the AMC and is embedded in the Total Expense Ratio (TER) of the scheme. We do not charge any direct fees to investors for mutual fund distribution services.

Investors have the option to invest directly with AMCs through Direct Plans without involving a distributor. Direct Plans have a lower expense ratio compared to Regular Plans as no distributor commission is involved.

4. NOT A SEBI REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISER

Khazana Associates is NOT registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. We do NOT provide:

• Investment Advice as defined under SEBI IA Regulations

• Portfolio management services directly to clients

• Research or analysis on specific securities

• Any guarantee of returns on investments

• Upfront commission on mutual funds has been banned by SEBI since October 2018 — we only receive trail commission.
